This year, we are excited to introduce our first-ever Female Prep Camp, running at the end of August to help players prepare for the upcoming 2026–27 season.

This camp will feature theme-based sessions, allowing players to focus on key game situations and concepts. Topics include net drives and rush attacks, offensive zone entries and tactics, puck support, backchecking and tracking, breakouts, defensive zone coverage, angling and checking skills, neutral zone regroups and transitions, and overall conditioning.
